There are 3 levels of verification available for you and each level increases your volume of participation or trading on the platform.
Level 1 verification is automatically achieved upon confirmation of your email address during your registration process.
To continue to level 2 verification,
- go to Account, Account Profile
- fill in the correct information required and click on “Upgrade button” or the “Verification tab” under setting.
- take a selfie and upload.
Level 3
- select the required document and input the document number. Note that you are required to either select Virtual NIN or International Passport. You can generate your Virtual NIN by USSD code or through NIMC App. For USSD, dial, *346*3*Your NIN*715461#. For NIMC, download the NIMC app, click on get Virtual NIN, Select Input Enterprise Short code and type in 715461. Submit it. Your VNIN will be generated.
- Click on “Submit for verification.
